RGH Saudi partners with MPS Initiative supporting Saudi talent ambition

RGH Saudi LLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Taiba High Training Institutes Company, represented by the MPS Initiative, whose ambition is to train and support the employment of Saudi national men and women.

The MPS Initiative prepares Saudi nationals for employment through specialised diploma programmes designed around the needs of the labour market.

The agreement brings together Taiba’s education and training experience with RGH Saudi’s workforce expertise, powered by Epitome Global. Epitome’s platform maps skills and professional profiles, identifies gaps within existing capabilities and workforce needs, and helps match people to roles based on skills, values, motivations and fit.

The new MoU establishes a framework for the organisations to work together across areas including training and qualifications, professional profiles, recruitment and employment, and learning management.

Together, these capabilities can create a clearer link between the training people receive, the skills employers need and the roles available in the Saudi labour market.

The focus is on Saudi talent

The agreement comes as Saudi Arabia focuses on developing national talent and creating employment opportunities for Saudi nationals.

Under Vision 2030, the Kingdom’s Human Capability Development Programme identifies closer alignment between education and labour-market needs as a priority, including greater emphasis on vocational education, practical experience and skills development.

Saudization is also increasing the focus on national talent across the private sector, with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development continuing to introduce measures aimed at increasing the participation of Saudi men and women in the labour market.

Building RGH’s presence in Saudi Arabia

Based in Riyadh and part of Resource Group Holdings Plc, RGH Saudi continues to build its presence in the Kingdom. The agreement with Taiba High Training Institutes Company marks another step in the Group’s development in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
