Justin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Resource Group Holdings, having led the company’s first acquisition and shaped its growth journey. A Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP), he also represents RGH as a corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

Starting his career in technology sales within the Apple Business Centre sector, Justin transitioned into recruitment and has since built extensive experience across the industry – from consultant through to director roles within both private firms and listed companies. His career has taken him across global markets, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa, the Far East, and the US.

As the Group’s core recruitment expert, Justin brings deep insight into evolving industry challenges. While many traditional agencies have shifted toward RPO models, he recognises the value of agile SME agencies and specialist talent providers. His focus is on harnessing their technical expertise and adaptability to meet modern client demands and to position RGH at the forefront of emerging growth opportunities.
